Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, details of which can be found here:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods without explanation. In the first instance, you will need to contact us by email or telephone quoting the order number supplied to you within this 14 day period. You will then need to return the item/s within 14 calendar days of cancellation for a full refund of the purchase price and any outbound shipping paid. The cost of and responsibility for the returns goods is the customers. We reserve to right to refuse used, worn, damaged goods returned to us

Once your return is received, your refund will be paid within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost (and risk of loss or damage) of returning the goods, so please ensure you take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault (for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described). In this instance, please include a postage receipt, and we will reimburse you.

Machines purchased outright and either paid in full at time of ordering or by monthly instalments are covered by our discretionary 10 week guarantee which is in addition to this and has it’s own separate terms and conditions.

Rental Machine returns. Machines provided on a rental agreement can be returned anytime before your monthly renewal date to avoid the next months rental being taken. We recommend you return any machine, rentals included, using an adequately insured signed for postal service. You remain responsible for the full retail value of the equipment until it is received back at our warehouse. Once signed in we will automatically cancel your rental agreement. Accessories purchased for your treatment are non-refundable and will not be accepted.

If a machine develops a fault and you need to return to us, then initially the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once the machine is received and a manufacturing warranty issue confirmed, we will reimburse the shipping cost but only within the United Kingdom and up to a maximum of £12.95 in total. Goods will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you free of charge within the UK. If ordering from outside the UK please consider these additional shipping conditions.
