All our iontophoresis machines come with a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship or parts. The Hidrex PSP1000, Hidrex GS400, Idromed 5 PS and Idromed 5 GS machines come with a TWO year warranty; the Galvan DE20 has a ONE year warranty.
If your machine proves faulty within the warranty period, simply call our Customer Support Team on 0800 612 4812 to arrange for the machine to be returned for repair or replacement.

The Galvan DE20 is not covered by the money back guarantee scheme. Success rates for iontophoresis treatments are very high; however, we do understand that in some rare cases, patients don’t respond to iontophoresis at all. Our Money Back Guarantee Scheme enables you to purchase your machine, and perform normal treatments in the comfort of your own home, safe in the knowledge that should you not respond to iontophoresis, then you can return your machine for a full refund of the purchase price.
