Placing an Order

There are several payment options available to our customers.

You can of course send us personal cheques and postal orders made payable to BuyinConfidence Ltd and sent to our head office; BuyinConfidence Ltd, Unit 21 Yarmouth Road, Blofield, NR13 4JU, Norfolk. Please note that no goods will be sent until payment has cleared our banking system which can delay shipment by up to 14 days.

We are happy to accept telephone orders if you prefer to order on the phone. Please call our main office on 0845 643 9525 during office hours [Mon- Fri 9 AM - 5 PM] and a member of staff will be pleased to serve you.

Shipping Information

All orders over £100 placed online have free UK courier delivery. All parcels are sent in plain packaging with no indication as to what is inside the box. A nominal fee of £9.95 is charged for Highlands and Islands due to increased shipping charges.

We use UPS and Fedex for our deliveries. A signature will be required. If you are unable to receive the package a calling card will be left. Instructions are on the back of the card indicating how to book a free re-delivery. If you miss the second attempt, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for re-shipping fees.
